Peran Kedisiplinan dalam Memediasi Pembelajaran Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Lembaga organisasi outsourcing jasa melalui mediasi pembelajaran organisasi, pengetahuan, keterampilan komunikasi, kedisiplinan merupakan faktor penting untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan pemasaran jasa. Tujuan: Penelitian yaitu, 1) Menganalisis pengaruh mediasi pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. 2) Bagaimanakah pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Bagaimanakah pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode: Menggunakan literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai bahan literatur terbaru mulai dari jurnal, buku, proseding, dan berbagai sumber baik online maupun offline. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil kajian dilakukan juga focus group discussion untuk mendapatkan berbagai masukan, koreksi, dan berbagai saran dari karyawan. Hasil: Analisis berdasarkan kajian teori dapat disimpulkan bahwa, peran kedisiplinan dalam mediasi pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan meliputi pembelajaran organisasi, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, keterampilan, dalam manajemen pemasaran jasa. Novelty: Penelitian ini mampu menunjukkan secara teoritik bahwa, kedisiplinan dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pembelajaran organisasi baik secara langsung maupun kualitas kinerja karyawan pemasaran jasa.
