The scope of articles published by <strong>Sosiosaintika : Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Sosial</strong> includes studies in the fields of law, Anthropology, Sociology, Communication Studies, Economics, Education, Geography, History, Political Science, Social Psychology, and other social sciences. <strong>Sosiosaintika : Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Sosial</strong> is published twice a year, namely in April and October. Statistics learning, which tends to be theoretical and time-limited, also contributes to the gap between conceptual mastery and practical skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the application of the statistics practicum e-module in socio-religious research and its impact on students' readiness as prospective research assistants. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The research respondents consisted of 30 sixth-semester students of the Da'wah Management Study Program selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4, then processed using descriptive statistical methods and presented in tabular form. The results of the study indicate that the statistics practicum e-module received a positive response from students in all assessment aspects, with a predominance of the "appropriate" and "very appropriate" categories. This research applies a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and Islamic law approaches. The results of the study show that, normatively, the relationship between Regional Heads and DPRD is a partnership based on the principle of checks and balances, in which the DPRD carries out legislative, budgeting, and supervisory functions, while the Regional Head performs executive functions. However, in practice, this relationship is often influenced by political conflicts, institutional disharmony, and abuse of authority, which hinder the implementation of regional governance. From the perspective of <em>siyāsah syar’iyyah</em>, such a relationship should be based on the principles of deliberation (<em>shura</em>), justice, trustworthiness (<em>amānah</em>), and supervision (<em>ḥisbah</em>) in order to realize public welfare.
