The main focus of the research is to identify effective marketing strategies, using the 4P approach, namely place, price, promotion, and product, which are in accordance with the characteristics of the business. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, primary data was collected through interviews and direct observation, which provided an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by MSMEs in dealing with market dynamics. The results of the research “Kue Rotikap” by using the 4P marketing mix principles, namely place, price, promotion, and product. Research on health service management at the Auxiliary Community Health Center (Puskesmas Pembantu) level is still relatively limited, even though this facility plays an important role in providing community health services at the local level. This study aims to analyze health service management in improving service quality at Puskesmas Pembantu Meri, Mojokerto City. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and literature review. The results showed that the service management at Puskesmas Pembantu Meri has been implemented quite well through the application of online and offline registration systems, queue management, referral systems, flexible workforce allocation, and periodic service evaluations. This study also found that the digitalization of services through the JKN Mobile application helped improve service efficiency and reduce patient queues. However, the implementation of digital-based services has not been fully optimal due to limited technological literacy among some members of the community. In addition, the high targets of health programs and digital-based reporting obligations potentially increase the administrative burden on health workers. Employee productivity is an important factor in supporting operational efficiency, product quality, and business sustainability. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the business owner and employees. The findings indicate that employee productivity has not been optimal due to limited work skills, low utilization of production technology, ineffective incentive systems, and inefficient time management. Strategies that can be implemented to improve productivity include skills training, the use of technology appropriate to business needs, performance-based incentives, a more structured work system, and the application of honesty, responsibility, fairness, and cooperation values in the workplace. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The data sources used are secondary data consisting of primary legal materials (laws and regulations in the field of employment and industrial relations), secondary legal materials (books, scientific journals, and previous research results), and tertiary legal materials (legal dictionaries and encyclopedias). Data collection techniques were conducted through literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution System (HIP) in resolving industrial relations disputes prioritizes the principles of deliberation, consensus, and social justice, which contribute to creating harmonious working relationships. However, in practice, various obstacles remain, including the weak bargaining position of workers, suboptimal law enforcement, and the suboptimal internalization of Pancasila values within the corporate environment.
