The program is geared towards developing self-resilience, enhancing self-concept, and providing sustainable social and economic skills. We applied a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. The program strategy integrates Art Therapy and Community Development through five stages: Initiating the Heart (observation and personal approach), Painting Emotions (project-based learning and expressive therapy), Self-Transformation (focus group discussion and reflection), Carving Achievements (MAPSI Competition preparation), and Sustainable Empowerment (art exhibition and economic workshops). The program successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of calligraphy as a non-verbal therapeutic medium, helping children channel negative emotions and foster inner peace. Furthermore, the program laid a foundation for sustainable empowerment by introducing the economic value of calligraphy, equipping children with essential social and economic skills.
2025-08-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 M. However, many MSME actors still face challenges related to business legality and product quality standards, particularly regarding the Business Identification Number (NIB) and halal certification. The Community Service Program (KKN) in Bendungan Village, Kraton District, aimed to provide socialization on the importance of NIB and halal certification as efforts to strengthen legality, consumer trust, and market access. The implementation methods included counseling, interactive discussions, and simple technical assistance involving local MSME actors, especially bag and wallet craftsmen. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of the procedures for obtaining NIB and the benefits of halal certification in improving product marketability. Furthermore, the community became more aware of the urgency of business legality in expanding marketing networks, both offline and digital. Thus, this socialization program makes a tangible contribution to enhancing the capacity of MSME actors towards more professional, competitive, and sustainable businesses.
2025-09-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mar’atus Solichah, Innayatul Laili, Nur Rohimah, Sinta Yuliani Masyitho, Sania Rosya Aribahttps://glorespublication.org/index.php/irajagaddhita/article/view/838Pelatihan Digital Content Creation bagi Creativepreneur di Desa Limbung Kabupaten Kubu Raya2025-10-10T11:51:40+00:00Debbie Yuari Siallagandebbie.yuari@gmail.comEra Prestoroikaprestoroika_09@yahoo.comLaila Nurfitrah Lubislailanlubis@gmail.comAdiyath Randi Yudimamaserandy030991@gmail.comAsri Hidayatiasrihidayati@polnep.ac.idMagdalena Depriyanimagdalena.depriyani07@gmail.comAndjani Trimawarniandjanitrimawarni.at@gmail.comWinda Chelsea Meisaricmwinda31@gmail.comEka Mustika Saritikamustika853@gmail.com
Limbung Village in Kubu Raya Regency had numerous business opportunities. The village also has innovative and creative human resources, particularly through the youth community group in the village. Additionally, the community’s desire to develop businesses based on local resources and to utilize the village’s potential to build and grow new businesses was evident. The daily routines of the community were inseparable from the internet, particularly in the use of social media. This encouraged the community, especially the younger generation in Limbung Village, to actively create digital content. The Kristal Youth Organization of Limbung Village had two types of businesses that had been running for quite some time: the sale of office stationery and printing, as well as catfish farming, which was managed creatively. The creativity involved included producing catfish feed using a self-made production machine. Creativepreneurs, the business owners who ran their enterprises creatively by continuously innovating to ensure their businesses thrived, were active in the village. However, the utilization of these efforts had not yet significantly increased the income of the younger generation, indicating that the use of social media was not yet optimal. The lack of understanding among creativepreneurs in leveraging social media was a core issue that needed to be addressed. Strong skills in managing social media could provide significant benefits for entrepreneurs, such as reaching a broader market and increasing the potential for greater profits. As a result of these activities, creativepreneurs had become capable of creating engaging digital content using editing applications and had also contributed to promoting the village’s businesses and products.
2025-10-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Debbie Yuari Siallagan, Era Prestoroika, Laila Nurfitrah Lubis, Adiyath Randi Yudimamase, Asri Hidayati, Magdalena Depriyani, Andjani Trimawarni, Winda Chelsea Meisari, Eka Mustika Sarihttps://glorespublication.org/index.php/irajagaddhita/article/view/829Sosialisasi dan Pembentukan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih2025-09-17T03:25:38+00:00Khafriza Faiqotuz Zahrokhafriza.faiqotuz.zahri@gmail.comMohammad Rafif Musyaffamohamad.rafif.musyaffa@mhs.uin.gusdur.ac.idNuris Sa’adahnurissaadah@gmail.comDinar Nimas Shabiladinar.nimas.shabila@mhs.uingusdur.ac.idEvita Fenny Yulianaevita.fenny.yuliana@mhs.uingusdur.ac.idBahtiar Effendibahtiar.effendi@uingusdur.ac.id
This community service program aims to provide socialization and facilitate the establishment of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in Bebel Village, Wiradesa Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency. The initiative emerged from several fundamental problems faced by the community, such as limited access to capital, weak cooperative literacy, dependence on middlemen in agricultural distribution, and the absence of institutional governance mechanisms at the village level. The method applied was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which emphasizes community involvement from needs identification and potential mapping to decision-making. The findings reveal that the cooperative formation process is still at an early stage, with dominant issues revolving around management readiness, legal administration, and the community’s understanding of cooperative governance. Despite these challenges, the establishment of an initial management board consisting of five core members and three supervisors marks a crucial milestone toward the cooperative’s legalization and future operational sustainability. Academically, this activity contributes to the discourse on village self-reliance (Desa Mandiri) through the lens of Good Governance, highlighting that participatory decision-making, transparency in management, and community accountability are key to achieving sustainable rural economic independence. Thus, the program not only increases public awareness but also lays a governance-oriented foundation for long-term cooperative development.
2025-10-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Khafriza Faiqotuz Zahro, Mohammad Rafif Musyaffa, Nuris Sa’adah, Dinar Nimas Shabila, Evita Fenny Yuliana, Bahtiar Effendihttps://glorespublication.org/index.php/irajagaddhita/article/view/861Pendampingan Pembuatan Modul Ajar Berbasis KBC – Deep Learning2025-11-24T08:54:11+00:00Zakiyah Alfaizahzakiyahalfaizah02@gmail.comMuhammad Husnihusni@alqolam.ac.id
This mentoring activity aims to address the demands of 21st-century educational transformation through the integration of the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) and the Deep Learning Approach (DL) in the development of teaching modules for MIS Mujahidin teachers. The main challenge for teachers today is designing learning experiences that go beyond content transfer, towards fostering deep understanding and holistic character. The KBC is promoted as a character framework focused on four pillars of fundamental values: Love for Self, Others, the Environment, and the Nation. These values serve as the soul of the curriculum, while the DL Approach serves as a pedagogical innovation that encourages conceptual understanding, personalized learning, and the use of technology to adapt teaching materials to students' unique profiles. The mentoring, held on November 10-12, 2025, in the MIS Mujahidin Teachers' Room, used the Workshop/Direct Practice method as the main focus, with the aim of equipping teachers in formulating Learning Objectives (TP) that incorporate KBC values and designing Learning Activity Flows that utilize DL strategies, such as project-based assignments and investigations. The results of the activity showed significant achievements: 100% of participating teachers successfully completed the initial draft of the Teaching Module that truly integrated KBC values in TP and deep learning strategies. This activity is a crucial first step towards the transformation of learning at MIS Mujahidin, with the long-term hope of realizing Personalized Learning and producing a Competitive Graduate Profile—who are not only cognitively superior, but also master 21st Century Skills (4C: Critical, Creative, Collaborative, Communication) and have a strong character based on the value of Love.
2025-12-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Zakiyah Alfaizah, Muhammad Husnihttps://glorespublication.org/index.php/irajagaddhita/article/view/840Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Peningkatan Kesiapan Karyawan dalam Menghadapi Digitalisasi di UMKM Desa Sinarbaya Karawang2025-10-13T03:33:56+00:00Zenita Aprianizenita@ubpkarawang.ac.idWike Pertiwiwike.pertiwi@ubpkarawang.ac.idDwi Epty Hidayatydwi.epty@ubpkarawang.ac.idDexi Triadindadexidinda@ubpkarawang.ac.id
This community service activity aims to strengthen the readiness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the digitalization era through employee training and mentoring. The program was implemented at Nasi Kuning MSME in Sinarbaya Village, Karawang. The main problems faced include limited manpower, lack of knowledge in production management, and minimal digital marketing capabilities. The methods used include observation, interviews, workshops, and direct mentoring sessions. The results showed that the MSME owner and employee had improved their understanding of social media use, created a digital identity for their business through Google Maps and Instagram, and developed skills in calculating production costs. The program succeeded in enhancing the MSME’s digital literacy, managerial capacity, and promotional independence. Follow-up programs are recommended to maintain sustainability and deepen the use of digital tools for business development.
2025-12-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Zenita Apriani, Wike Pertiwi, Dwi Epty Hidayaty, Dexi Triadinda
