This study aims to analyze psychological problems in the process of memorizing Juz 'Amma and examine the effectiveness of psycho-pedagogical interventions in solving problems. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data source was determined through the purposive sampling technique, which involved students and tahfizh teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out comprehensively through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using interactive models (Miles, Huberman, and Saldana) which included the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, and tested for validity using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that the difficulty in memorizing students purely stems from cognitive fatigue which triggers a decrease in motivation. To overcome this, psycho-pedagogical synergy has proven to be effective through external scaffolding of teachers (Talaqqi and Sim'i methods) and internal strategies of students (Wahdah method). In conclusion, memorization barriers are an accumulation of psychological and neurobiological factors that require adaptive handling. This study recommends a paradigm shift towards Differentiated Learning through the provision of halaqah zones and silent zones so that pedagogical interventions are more humane and on target.
Farhan Muzakki Fakhridana, Siti Nur Azizah, Annisa, Sabrina Nur Haliza Copyright (c) 2026 Farhan Muzakki Fakhridana, Siti Nur Azizah, Annisa, Sabrina Nur Haliza https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/959 Mon, 27 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis ‘Urf terhadap Adat Kincai Kawai Seanok di Desa Koto Tuo Pulau Tengah Kabupaten Kerinci, Jambi https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/997
This study examines the practice of Kincai Kawai Seanok customary marriage in Koto Tuo Pulau Tengah Village, Kerinci Regency, as a traditional marital system that continues to be practiced across generations. This custom regulates marriages between couples who share certain kinship ties, with a primary requirement known as “cross lineage,” meaning that the parents of both parties must be related through different genealogical lines (e.g., paternal and maternal lines). The objective of this study is to analyze the practice of this custom and evaluate its compatibility with Islamic law through the perspective of ʿurf (customary practice). This research employs a qualitative approach with an empirical method. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with traditional leaders and local community members, while secondary data were obtained from books and scholarly articles related to marriage and Islamic law. The analysis uses the concept of ʿurf to determine whether the custom falls under ʿurf ṣaḥīḥ (valid custom) or ʿurf fāsid (invalid custom). The findings reveal that the Kincai Kawai Seanok custom requires a cross-lineage marriage pattern and prohibits certain types of marriages that are actually permissible in Islamic law, such as cousin marriage. This prohibition is based on customary rules that contradict Islamic provisions regarding mahram. From the perspective of ʿurf, this practice is categorized as ʿurf fāsid because it conflicts with Islamic legal principles, which allow cousin marriage. Therefore, a re-evaluation of this customary practice is necessary to ensure alignment with Islamic values while preserving local cultural identity.
Muhammad Imron, Azwani Lubis Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Imron, Azwani Lubis https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/997 Mon, 27 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga Perspektif Tafsir Tematik https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/950
Domestic violence (DV) is a social problem that continues to increase and has serious impacts on women, children, and the structure of modern families. In the context of Islamic studies, several Qur’anic verses such as Q.S. An-Nisā’ 34, Q.S. Al-Baqarah 231–232, Q.S. An-Nisā’ 19, and Q.S. At-Taḥrīm 6 are often misunderstood as justifications for acts of domestic violence. This study examines these verses using the thematic exegesis method through the stages of verse arrangement, contextual analysis (asbāb al-nuzūl and munāsabah), concept integration, and a comprehensive study that combines all relevant scriptural texts. The results of the analysis show that these verses do not legitimize violence, but rather function as corrective and preventive instruments to protect families from Jahiliyyah practices characterized by gender inequality. The principle of tadarruj in Islamic law plays a role in gradually restructuring social order from a culture of violence toward more just and civilized family relations. Supporting evidence from the Prophet’s hadiths and the narrations of the Companions further emphasizes that Islam rejects harmful physical abuse and prioritizes conflict resolution based on dialogue, moral education, and protection. Therefore, a thematic understanding of these verses produces a relevant and contextual perspective for preventing domestic violence in contemporary society.
Sabari Sabari, Rosmini, Sohrah Copyright (c) 2026 Sabari Sabari, Rosmini, Sohrah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/950 Fri, 01 May 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Hakikat dan Tujuan Filsafat Hukum Islam serta Relevansinya dalam Konteks Sosial Kontemporer https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/944
This study aims to analyze islamic legal philosophy as a conceptual framework that explains the nature, objectives, and relevance of islamic law in addressing the challenges of modern society. The research employs a library research method with a qualitative-descriptive and analytical approach through the examination of classical and contemporary literature on islamic law, legal theory (uṣūl al-fiqh), and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The findings reveal that islamic legal philosophy is a reflective discipline integrating the ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions of islamic law. Its primary objectives are embodied in the concept of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, which seeks to protect religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property, while promoting public welfare and justice. The study further demonstrates that islamic legal philosophy remains highly relevant in responding to contemporary issues such as human rights, democracy, and digital technological development through adaptive and contextual ijtihād. Therefore, islamic legal philosophy may be positioned as a dynamic, rational, and future-oriented paradigm for legal development.
Muhammad Yasin, Achmad Musyahid, Fatmawati Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Yasin, Achmad Musyahid, Fatmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/944 Fri, 01 May 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Konsep Ketuhanan dalam Tafsir Surah Al-Fatihah https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1024
Surah Al-Fatihah is one of the most fundamental chapters in the Qur’an because it contains the basic principles of divinity, monotheism, and the relationship between human beings and Allah. This study aims to analyze the concept of divinity in Surah Al-Fatihah through an interpretive approach from the perspective of Tarekat Al-Jam’iyatul Arifin. This research employed a qualitative method with a field research design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the mursyid and members of Tarekat Al-Jam’iyatul Arifin in Punggulan Village, Air Joman District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra, and were supported by the study of the Qur’an and relevant tafsir literature. The results show that the concept of divinity in Surah Al-Fatihah is understood not only at the level of sharia, but also at the levels of tarekat, hakikat, and ma’rifat. In this perspective, Al-Fatihah is interpreted as a spiritual dialogue between the servant and God, as well as a representation of the existential journey of human beings toward a deeper knowledge of Allah. Thus, the integration of tafsir and Sufism produces a more comprehensive understanding of divinity that includes theological, spiritual, and practical dimensions in religious life.
Hafiz Khotibul Umam, Siti Ardianti Copyright (c) 2026 Hafiz Khotibul Umam, Siti Ardianti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1024 Thu, 04 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Resepsi Siswa dan Siswi terhadap Hadis tentang Shalat Dhuha di MTs Raudlatul Uluum Aek Nabara https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1038
This study aims to analyze students’ reception of the hadiths concerning Duha prayer at MTs Raudlatul Uluum Aek Nabara from the perspective of Living Hadith. The research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that students’ reception of the hadiths on Duha prayer is manifested in two primary dimensions: exegetical reception and functional reception. Exegetical reception is reflected in students’ understanding that Duha prayer is a Prophetic tradition (sunnah), a means of drawing closer to Allah, and a practice that brings blessings. Functional reception is evident in the implementation of congregational Duha prayer, which has become a religious culture within the madrasa and is practiced by approximately 95% of the students. The practice provides various benefits perceived by the students, including increased learning motivation, discipline, psychological well-being, self-confidence, moral development, and harmonious social relationships. These findings indicate that the hadiths concerning Duha prayer are not merely understood as normative religious teachings but are also actualized in daily life, contributing to the development of students’ religious character.
Nur Annisa, Sulaiman Muhammad Amir Copyright (c) 2026 Nur Annisa, Sulaiman Muhammad Amir https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1038 Sun, 14 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Ungkapan Hal Yastawī, Mā Yastawī, dan Lā Yastawī dalam Al-Qur’an dan Perbandingan Maknanya https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1048
This study aims to analyze the expressions hal yastawī, lā yastawī, and mā yastawī in the Qur’an and to compare their meanings and rhetorical functions. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by examining Qur’anic verses containing these expressions alongside classical exegeses and Arabic linguistic literature. The findings reveal that hal yastawī predominantly functions as istifhām inkārī (rhetorical interrogation), serving to deny equality through rhetorical questioning and producing a strong persuasive effect. Meanwhile, lā yastawī functions as nafyu al-musāwāh, expressing a firm, universal, and normative negation of equality between two compared entities. In contrast, mā yastawī tends to be used to indicate inequality that can be observed empirically and rationally through analogies and phenomena perceptible to human senses. Although all three expressions convey the rejection of equivalence, each possesses distinct semantic and rhetorical characteristics according to its textual context. These findings demonstrate that the variation of yastawī expressions in the Qur’an reflects the richness of Qur’anic discourse in conveying theological, moral, and spiritual messages effectively.
Bunga Indah, Abdul Halim Copyright (c) 2026 Bunga Indah, Abdul Halim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1048 Mon, 15 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Hadis Tematik Politik Pemerintahan https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/943
This study examines the concept of governmental politics from the perspective of the hadiths of prophet muhammad (pbuh) by employing a thematic hadith approach and analyzing the relevance and implementation of its political values within contemporary state governance. As the second primary source of islamic teachings after the qur’an, the prophetic hadith provides normative and ethical foundations concerning leadership, authority, justice, trustworthiness (amanah), consultation (shūrā), and the responsibilities of rulers toward their citizens. Through the thematic hadith approach, this study systematically compiles and analyzes hadiths related to governmental politics, thereby generating a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the subject. The findings reveal that governmental politics in islam is not perceived as a means of pursuing power, but rather as a trust that must be exercised in accordance with the principles of justice, integrity, and public welfare (maṣlaḥah). These values demonstrate strong relevance to contemporary governance practices, particularly in addressing issues such as corruption, abuse of power, weak bureaucratic integrity, and legal injustice. The implementation of the prophetic values contained in the hadiths can be realized through the strengthening of political ethics, the promotion of good governance, the enhancement of public participation, and exemplary leadership. Therefore, the thematic study of hadith makes a significant contribution to the formulation of a contextual and applicable islamic political ethics framework aimed at fostering a just, transparent, and welfare-oriented government.
Yoan Febriawan, Abustani Ilyas, Tasbih Copyright (c) 2026 Yoan Febriawan, Abustani Ilyas, Tasbih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/943 Wed, 17 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Perempuan dalam Ujian Akhlak Nabi Yusuf a.s. dan Nabi Sulaiman a.s. https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1041
This research aims to examine the form of moral tests of Prophet Yusuf p.b.u.h and Prophet Sulaiman p.b.u.h in the Qur'an based on Tafsir al-Marāghī. This research uses a library research method with a thematic interpretation approach through analysis of verses related to the two stories. The research results show that Prophet Yusuf p.b.u.h faced moral tests in the form of temptation, pressure and slander which required steadfastness of faith, self-control and the maintenance of honor. Meanwhile, Prophet Sulaiman p.b.u.h faced a leadership test through giving gifts from Queen Balqis which tested his integrity, wisdom, and attitude towards power and wealth. Research findings show that Tafsir al-Marāghī depicts different test patterns in the two stories, but has the same main values, namely strong faith, commitment to truth, and the ability to control oneself from the influence of lust and worldly interests. Thus, the moral test in the Qur'an is not only individual, but also includes social and leadership dimensions in the formation of the character of a believer.
Siti Emma Siregar, Safria Andy Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Emma Siregar, Safria Andy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1041 Thu, 18 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Model Integratif-Kritis Pembentukan Hukum Kewarisan Islam di Indonesia https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1072
Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia is shaped not only by faraidh norms, but also by state codification, customary practices, family legal culture, and social change. This article aims to analyze the formation of Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia through a socio-anthropological approach to the dialectic between norms, custom, and social transformation. This study employs qualitative library research with normative, statutory, sociology of law, legal anthropology, legal pluralism, and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah approaches. The findings show that Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia is formed through layered negotiations among the certainty of faraidh, the reformative provisions of the Compilation of Islamic Law, family deliberation, kinship systems, local authority, and socio-economic needs. Custom may function as a mechanism of harmony, but it may also eliminate heirs’ rights when not accompanied by legal awareness, voluntary consent, and protection of vulnerable parties. This article proposes an integrative-critical model that positions faraidh as a normative anchor, while local practices may be accommodated insofar as they fulfill transparency of rights, clarity of property status, voluntary agreement, protection of vulnerable heirs, and maqāṣid-oriented benefit. This model affirms inheritance as both a legal norm and a dynamic, contextual social practice.
Muhibbussabry, Dhiauddin Tanjung, Nispul Khoir, Imam Yazid Copyright (c) 2026 Muhibbussabry, Dhiauddin Tanjung, Nispul Khoir, Imam Yazid https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1072 Thu, 25 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Peran Asrama Salsabila dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Tahfiz dan Pemahaman Tafsir Al-Qur’an bagi Mahasantriwati https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1051
This study examines the role of Salsabila Dormitory in developing Qur’anic memorization ability and understanding of Qur’anic interpretation among female students. This research is based on the importance of integrating memorization and interpretation so that students’ interaction with the Qur’an does not stop at recitation and memorization, but also leads to understanding, internalization, and practice of Qur’anic values in daily life. This study aims to identify the role of Salsabila Dormitory in developing female students’ Qur’anic memorization ability and understanding of Qur’anic interpretation. This research used a qualitative field method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of a dormitory supervisor, an administrator, and a female student who were selected purposively because they were directly involved in Qur’anic memorization and interpretation activities. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was maintained through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that Salsabila Dormitory plays an important role in building a Qur’anic culture through regular memorization, muraja’ah, tafsir studies, Arabic language learning, and congregational worship guidance. These programs strengthen students’ memorization, understanding, appreciation, and practice of Qur’anic values. This finding is significant because it shows that dormitory-based Qur’anic education can become an integrative model for connecting memorization, interpretation, and religious character formation among female students.
Sri Ahadah Nuril Fajar, Ahmad Zuhri Copyright (c) 2026 Sri Ahadah Nuril Fajar, Ahmad Zuhri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1051 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Strategi Dakwah melalui Short Form Video TikTok pada Akun @hafazzz dalam Meningkatkan Pengamalan Puasa GEN Z https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1081
The study is grounded in the growing dominance of TikTok as an information consumption platform among Gen Z, alongside the declining consistency of fasting observance attributed to digital distractions and modern lifestyle transformations. The study aims to analyze the da'wah strategy implemented through the TikTok account @bghafazzz by utilizing short-form video content. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation and documentation of content uploaded during February 2026. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the @bghafazzz account applies three pillars of da'wah strategy: sentimental (emotional packaging through music, visuals, and reflective narratives), rational (concise fiqh explanations and practical question-and-answer sessions), and interactive (video replies, fasting challenges, and an active comment section). These strategies are delivered through a casual communication style, first-person perspective format, consistent visual identity, and a peer-to-peer approach that builds emotional connection and increases Generation Z's motivation to observe fasting consistently. Nevertheless, the inherent time constraints of the short-form format demand a careful balance between creative packaging and substantive accuracy to prevent oversimplification of religious meaning. Theoretically, this study contributes the TikTok Short-Form Transformational Da'wah Theory (DTSTT), which identifies three interrelated psycho-spiritual mechanisms underlying religious transformation in Generation Z: cognitive absorption, emotional resonance, and behavioral modeling.
Sri Indah Wati Harahap, Muhammad Husni Ritonga Copyright (c) 2026 Sri Indah Wati Harahap, Muhammad Husni Ritonga https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://glorespublication.org/index.php/aksioreligia/article/view/1081 Wed, 01 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000
